First and foremost is our desire to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our service!

We are constantly checking to see if there is anyway we can improve what we do. We ask our customers to complete a simple feedback form to ensure that we offer the best service that we can. A recent survey of all our customers has shown that 100% of customers were "very satisfied", indeed 65% were "absolutely delighted" with the service that we offered. All our customers have said they would either recommend us or already have done so.

The following quotes are taken from thank you letters from our customers.  We haven't given their names to respect their privacy, but all are actual comments from genuine customers.  Many of our customers have indicated that they would be happy to discuss their installation, and even show their solar system, to potential customers. If you would like us to obtain a reference for you, or see a solar system we have installed in your area, then please let us know.

“I thought I would drop a quick but, rather late, note to say thanks for the installation which is working brilliantly. We used to have the immersion/oil boiler set up for an hour and a half in the morning and two hours in the evening for a tank capacity of 117 litres. Now we have an evening setting for two and a half hours which is seldom used.  I was a little concerned that we may have made a mistake by going for a 200 litre system and would be increasing our heating costs and dependency on fossil fuel heating, rather than reducing them, but saw no sense in installing a system that did not match the sleeping capacity of the house. In reality it has turned out to be a good decision. The larger capacity means that we do not necessarily turn over the tank capacity every day and consequently can carry forward a large amount yesterdays sunshine to today. The result has been that any intermittent weather is being bridged by the larger tank capacity. (And the fact that I have insulated every pipe possible!).  The lowest top tank temperature we have had at 6pm has been 390C which was after 3 days of rain and heavy cloud. On poorer days we hit around the mid 400C + and most reasonable days we reach 500C+ which greatly reduces the need, if any, for boiler input. This last week we have hit maximum (just under 730C) every day and still hit it yesterday after pulling at least 60 litres, over and above the normal usage, to do the spring wash of the gutters, window frames and cladding to remove the algae. What a luxury!  All in all you might gather I am rather pleased. The only draw back has been a radical rethink of the airing cupboard to accommodate the larger tank and associated equipment. Mind you… it was overdue."
