We operate a free online survey “Is solar right for you?” and a “Contact us” enquiry form.  For these, we require information from the user including contact information (name, email address, and if the user wants, a phone number). This information is only used to respond to the user’s enquiry and to provide the free assessment of the suitability of the users’ property for solar water heating.

We never sell or share a user’s email addresses or other contact information with a third party.

User’s details are stored in an electronic database and on paper files where necessary, enabling us to provide estimates and keep track of solar installations and servicing.
